Am I ready for children?

So recently I've been having dreams and visions of myself pregnant and married. Normally (the past few years) these thoughts would have really scared me. Okay, terrified me. But now, i'm not so worried. It's almost a pleasant thougtht. Is it possible that i have met the man i'm suppose to marry? More importantly, am i at the ever so young age of 23 ready have children? Or even start thinking about it?
