Kentucky Lake

I just returned from VACATION! The Yepsen clan all went to Kentucky Lake for the annual vacation. It was wonderful. The whole week, we had perfect weather. It ranged from 88 to 100 degrees. The vacation was so relaxing. We had no obligations or plans. The day consisted of fishing, sitting by the water, napping, and reading. The most exciting part of vacation was the rock quarry. The lake was man made and one cove used to be a rock quarry, so the water is about 100 feet deep and surrounded by cliffs. People have painted the rocks. There is once point where you can jump into the water from a shelf 30 feet up! I was the first to go! It was awesome! We then stayed for about 2 hours to swim in the nice cool water.
Christopher and Mark went fishing with a guide. He showed them where to fish, how to fish, and what bait to use. Together they caught 45 fish! They were in their glory. Mark and Christopher showed their techniques to those who were unable to go with the guide. The rest of the vacation, they caught a total of 7 fish. The guide must know his stuff.

Here is a sample of the pictures. More to come.
